Each product page includes a "Size Guide" with detailed measurements. We recommend measuring your feet and comparing them to our guide to ensure the best fit. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest choosing the larger size for comfort.
6. How should I care for my leather shoes?
To prolong the life of your leather shoes, clean them regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Use a quality leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather supple. If your shoes get wet, allow them to air-dry at room temperature, away from direct heat sources.

7. How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. This includes:
- Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and pack your order.
- Transit Time: 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday) for delivery by the carrier.
Our order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's website.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
11. What is your return policy?

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or is not the item you ordered, Best Shoes will cover the entire return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, so there is no cost to you. -
Fit or Size Issues (Worry-Free Fit Guarantee):
We understand that fit and sizing can be tricky when shopping online. If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, you ordered the wrong size, or it isn’t comfortable, Best Shoes will cover the entire return shipping cost. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label, so you can return the item with confidence and zero hassle. -
Change of Mind:
If you’re returning an item simply because you’ve changed your mind (for example, you no longer want the item or selected the wrong style), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
